Rev. Arturo "Art" Lucero is the president and founder of Multi Cultural Ministry. He is a conference speaker, author of chapters in published books, a consultant to churches seeking to minister to the immigrants of their communities, and the founder of the Multicultural Local Church Conference.

Art is an Adult Ministries Pastor at Sunrise Church in Rialto, California. Sunrise is a multiethnic, multicultural congregation of approximately 3,000 that has no majority ethnic group. It's demographics are 46.5 Caucasian, 26.5 Hispanic, 19.5 African-American, 2.5 Asian, 1.0 Bi-racial, and .5 Native American.

Art and his wife Debbie reside in Victorville, California with their four children.
